I was wondering if any of you have opinions on these two Rams and which one would be better for trying to overclock a Q6600 to around 3ghz or maybe 32.

I am not sure what Mother board I would buy yet.

The first one is fine. Just set the ratio thingy to 2. By doing so, the Q6600 can hit 3.6ghz. Also since you are buying 2x2gig ram, you must use a 64-bit OS, in case if you didn't know.

I knew the part about the 64 bit and I think I am going to go with a 3870 Video card and Vista Ultimate for the OS.

None, get this one instead:
G.SKILL 4GB DDR2 800 with 4-4-4-12 timings, which is better than both of the RAMs u linked, and it has the same $ (a little more)
