In Need Of Server Memory Suggestions

I have a homemade server running Windows 2000. I've been running 5- workstations on this machine with only 512 megs of junk ram. I'm ready to spring for 3-gig asap. Any thoughts on what would work best for my application? My board is an MSI KT4V. It will accept up to 3 gigs of 184 pin DDR PC3200/DDR400, PC2700/DDR333, PC2100/DDR266 or PC1600/DDR200. But will only support one DDR400 DIMM. Processor is an AMD Barton Core.

You'll have a hard time finding anything other than PC3200/DDR-400. Just use that (even if your MB needs to run it slower than its rated speed with multiple modules installed).
