HIS X1950xt running at 500/500

For some reason my x1950xt is running 500 core and 500 memory clock. When I try to get it back to the standard speeds, 625 core and 900 memory clock, my computer shuts down. Anyone have advice?

Sounds to me you are looking at the 2D clock speeds not the 3d clock speeds.
