Windows don\'t detect my MP3 player (Mass Storage Device)

my computer doesn't recognize my mp3 player,please i need help ASAP

did your player come with a CD with drivers? if yes, pop it in and install them, reboot computer

if that doesn't work, go to your manufacturer website ( apple, creative, sandisk, etc)

find the support webpage and find your product drivers, download the drivers for your OS, install them, reboot computer.
