I have chosen 3 motherboards after reading tons of reviews all over the web (although reviews are never as good as forum feedback) to replace my Gigajunk one

So, could I please have some advice or input into which one would be best for my system

1 / Asus P5k Deluxe WIFI

2 / Abit IP39 Pro

3 / MSI (oh ah heck I forget the model :ouch: ) the one with the rollercoaster heatsinks :)

Any help appreciated muchly

If it is the Abit IP35 Pro I would recommend that........or the Asus

Might I also suggest a Gigabyte board........the DS3R is good/ or the DS4 if you want a more high-end

I particularly don't like the MSI

I have a Gigabyte board which supposedly supported my system but now longer does, this is why I am looking for another board

The IP35 Pro does look like the better one, I put the Asus 1st though cause of the WIFI & extra usb ports at the back, I'll leave it between them 2 cause on one or two reviews they warn that the MSI may have trouble with large video cards.

Performance wise is their much difference? I don't care to much about support as I use forums for any help, get better help than any company

What doesn't it support?

Either Abit or the Asus, if your wanting my input.

thanks for the help, I ended up getting an MSI P35 Platinum Combo, love it, works like a dream, I will never go beck to Gigajunk again, it's not so much the faulty motherboard, anybody can have that problem, but the service and non existent RMA was pathetic.

Also been leaning towards the Abit ip35 pro but it doesn't support ddr3 and the board is a little expensive.
