Im using a wireless belkin connector and now its not working...

I need help!!
I'm using a Belkin connector to get a connection to the internet. It went well for the first couple of weeks then when I try to get on it I can't find my internet connection. It asked me for a few solutions to my problem to get it up and running again but there's one problem....I don't know what the router is for my connector because I'm using a wireless one and also had to use a CD to install it to use it. Can someone help me???

I had the same problem - great for the first week then only at startup for about 1 minute. I had to download the correct driver from their website. You can find out what version you need by looking at the back of the Wireless USB - it will be a white sticker with 'Ver.4001' or something similar. Now I am surfing the web just fine but having a problem with extremely slow transfer rates when dowloading files.
