Hey there if you type out all the hardware it would be much easier to get replies, instead of having people go and click each one of those links.

Everything looks really good. I would get a seagate 320GB drive though.

If you aren't OCing you don't really need a CPU cooler, but if you are look into a Thermalright Ultra 120.

Excellent choices. The 2.13Ghz C2D E6420 is a great CPU.
