I need a good case fan that gives me the rpm. Some thing like this:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6811999602 but with better CFM. and 80 or 120mm.

I recommend Yate Loon fans. They are cheap, good quality, and quiet enough that you should be pleased with them. You can find them at most specialty computer part vendors.

In particular, for your needs, I would recommend the Yate Loon D12SM (or D12SH if you have a fan controller)

If possible, I would stay away from 80MM fans. You get MUCH better cooling and less noise with 120MM fans...

4 YL Fans for $20

I also recommend Scythe Slip Streams. 110 CFM.

Great fans both of them, a bit noisy at high speeds. That site also sells a great Sun Beam Fan Controller.
