New HD not showing up in vista

hi i just got a Raptor X 150 HD and put it into my system. After instaling windowns again the raptor was working fine but my old drive that i still want to use for files and music is not showing under my computer...... also in the bios it shows the hd in sata 2 and in device maneger it shows it but i cant use it. Anyone know what could be the issue ? i also deleated all the files in the old drive so it has no files on it.

Try right-clicking on "My Computer", selecting "Manage", then selecting "Disk Management", and see if the drive is set up there. You might have to format it again through that subsection.
