Smear problem on my plasma - smear1.xls (0/1)

Hi Group,
My plasma display screen has had an unusual image problem, and I've
been getting the run-around from Tech support. If you look at the
attached .xls file (their latest answer to me) I'd appreciate if
anyone can tell me if they have the same sort of screen image. They
assure me this is a "fundamental generation phenomenon" with plasmas,
but I've never seen it before, or since, getting mine.

I would not have bought a plasma if this were a "fundamental" screen
image.

If the text in the xls file seems unusual, their reply is in Chinglish
- I live in Hong Kong, so please excuse <g>.

And please excuse this cross-posting to a few newsgroups. My warranty
runs out in a few months and I want to get this fixed ASAP.
