which P35 to choose.......

Looking to upgrade to a new system and I've kinda narrowed it down (from just looking on Newegg) to these two:

ASUS P5K LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard

OR

GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3R LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard

OR any other recommendation for a good P35 mobo other than these?

I'd like to keep the cost below $170ish (US) if at all possible and I don't plan on doing any SLI or overclocking (since I'm not tech savvy).
