Should run it, however I wouldn't even try, The ultra X-Finity units quality are less than stellar (To say the least), but then again I wouldn't even try using an Ultra unit for any system.
Because they use cheaper parts to make them, Ultra is known because of their PSUs (And not in a good way), just like Rosewill. However Ultra does have a decent unit, I believe it's the Ultra X3, but that's it.
I wouldn't try those units, because I try not to even consider lower quality units (Doing my best not to call it cheap, low quality), after a little incident with a cheap PSU about a year ago I have been completely faithful to high quality units. By this I'm not saying that all their units are doomed to fail quickly, however they are prone to it when under heavy load, something that you most likely have not put your unit under until the day you start using an 8800GTS (And god forbid an HD 2900 Pro which consumes even more power).
I've been running an evga 8800GTS 320mb superclocked, evga 7950gt (not running sli, just 3 monitors), three sata2 hard drives, an ide dvd burner, and an e6400 on an evga 680i mobo (forget the model).. all on the ultra X-Finity 500w. The PSU is 11 months old.
I'll be upgrading to a q6600 in the next few months and don't want to push my PSU any more with an additional two cores.
I've got an Ultra X2 Connect 550, running X2 3800, GigaByte K8N-SLI, 2gigs of DDR400, 3xHDD's , 2x Optical Drives, a 2900 Pro(512Mb), 2x pci cards (Audigy and a Wireless NIC) And 3x 120mm Case Fans 1x 140mm case fan and a 4th 120mm fan in the PSU plus 2x 6" Cold Cathode UV lights. And it runs it without a hiccup, has for just over a year minus the 2900 which i just got Tuesday and it only has 12v+1 17a, 12v+2 18a.
