Comparision of work as per week

I want to make a Excel sheet in which i have to show the Total Standard time for any task and then will also put Total real time taken for the same task in which i have to also show the comparison percentage like Extra time or below the time line.

  2. Use math. Setup a formula that uses the two cells with the two times you enter to calculate the third cell. Excel help file will show you how to do that. If you are setting this up, you should know how to get a % from the two numbers already.

    You can then use conditional formatting in the cell to color it or do something else to show if the actual time was greater or lesser than estimated.
