Gaming and Uni - Help Severely needed

Hello everyone, I have been running this comp for few years and feel it is time for an upgrade and despite the help from friends I am still a bit stuck, so youre help is really needed!

I am in England so I will be using www.scan.co.uk and www.ebuyer.com .

I am not planning on overclocking and for the most part 2 or 3 options will be provided.

CPU - I am stuck between quad and dual core, also as the prices are so close I cant tell the difference. BTW if there is a better AMD variant please say
