CPU: Q6600
MB: ASUS P5E3 Deluxe
Memory: Patriot 2GB (2 x 1GB) 1333MHZ 7-7-7-20, PC3-10666 Extreme Performance Memory

3.2 Ghz Settings:
Stable for the most part but will reboot after 15 min’s of Prime95 with all the voltages set to auto (accept the memory that should be set to 1.7v)

3.4 Ghz Settings:
But I can’t for the life of me get it any higher or even rock solid at 3.2. These are the settings I’ve tried for 3.4 GHz, It boots into windows but then reboots as soon as I run Prime95 or Vista performance analyzer.

Any advice anyone can give me about these finer voltage setting would be greatly appreciated. Also what speed should I have my ram set to? The options seem to change when I change my FSB. Should I set it as high as I can then change the latency back down to 7-7-7-20?

So it just reboots, without warnings? Then it could be memory, not cpu. First try to OC with lowest memory divider. I have no experience with DDR3 so I can't help you with voltages, but generally +0.1 or +0.2V should be safe. After that raise memory clocks and use MemTest.
Oh yes, set PCI frequency to 100 - 101.
And I hope you have good cooling if you want to get past 3.2 GHz

All cooking now, I have updated my BIOS (0804) and now the board seems more stable at these higher overclocked speeds. I am now running rock solid under prime95 for 4 hours at 3.4 Ghz and all I had to do on this new BIOS was leave everything to auto but tweak up the CPU voltage to 1.46875v and that’s it!

And yes I had prepared for the heat by lapping my CPU and HS.
