Curcial Difference

What is the difference between these two types of memory. The specifications seem identical:

I think they are the same except the first one has blue LED's at the socket and the second one which is the Tracer has LED's at the socket plus LED's on top that react according to memory usage. I have 4Gb of the PC-8500 Ballistic Tracers in my rig and boy do they put on a light show when I am gaming or editing movies. I think they are great.
