Keyboard and soundstopped working on vista

hello
please help suddenly
sound gone and keyboard doesnt work on my vista pc. Says no sound output. external keyboard doesnt work either.

sounds like drivers, go to your device manager and see if there are anything with yellow or red icons beside them, if so, right click and select "update driver" or go to the manufactures website and search for them if that doesnt work, download and install 1 at a time between reboots
