I bought this cooler for a new AM2 processor and had a question about the fit. Its a round heat sink ona square cpu and it doesn't quite cover the hole thing. Just the corners are uncovered, but I dont know if it matters. It said it was for an AMD AM2 cpu. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks TSB

I guess no one else other than me uses Thermaltake HSF? OK, for anyone else who might be thinking about it, this is what I think.
The heat sink takes a lot of muscel to get mounted. There are these springs that you have to compress to get the screews to even touch the mounting bracket. The first one is easer than the second, but if you lean into it, you can do it. I havent messed with OCing yet, I just winished loading Vista on my computer. My processor (X2 6400+) run at 20 -24C. while loading programs and surfing the web, downloading programs. The basic getting started stuff. It does appear to be quiter than me last fan, Zalman 9500.
