Hey, I have a quick question. Right now I'm running a ATI video x1900 xtx... and when the computer is first turned on, it goes bezerk.

It seems it only does then when I have 2 monitors plugged in, and it ONLY happens when it's loading. Once Windows Loads, it's fine. It also does this when there's no windows (after formatting). So.. i think it's hardware.

What happens is the screen flashes red, and maybe some other colors as lines, but im not sure. And the screen is distorted. It's fine, it's just like it's switching resolutions about 5 times a second.

But once it hits windows, it's fine.

Do you think it could be the graphics card...., or the motherboard?
