I'd like to upgrade my Gateway computer BIOS but gateway doesn't really provide new BIOS upgrades, does anyone have any ideas how I might be able to get an upgrade, I know it's a Phoenix BIOS.

What are you trying to achieve by getting a BIOS upgrade? Normally, the BIOS is tailored to the specific hardware/design of the MB, so it's unlikely you'll find a BIOS from anyone other than the MB manufacturer.

If Gateway doesn't have a BIOS update, then forget looking for it. All OEM mobos are proprietary. They are built by Asus, MSI, etc for them and them only.
