Hi I’m just bought a motherboard Msi K9MM-V

+ Memory 2*1024 Kingston ddr667 + CPU amd x2 5000be combo in less than 200 US.
I want to over clock the 5000+ increasing the multiplier, but the motherboard does not have this feature, just increase the FSB. There’s a way to over clock by changing the multiplier via software?
Or a way to flash the bios to another version?
I bought that cheap motherboard because I don’t game a lot just Counter Source and Command y Conquer 3. So I don’t need to upgrade my ATI x800xl.
