Hello,
I have Print workshop 2009, and greeting Card programs They do not print the projects. I know nothing about computers. so I have looked at everything suggested. reinstalled everything many times. got updates. etc. suggestion was to check video drivers which I know nothing about. Print 2009 says it requires SVGA graphics card. I have the G33/G31 Express Chipset Family which I dont know what tha means. I have a Dell computer, Vista 32 bit. HP F4235 all in on Printer. Printer prints fine except with those two programs
Thanks

PS. I also tried to load this at my husbands office computer Print Workshop 2009 and it printed fine. He has windows xp and a savin printer. This says it is compatible with Vista on both Boxes.
Thanks again to anyone
