Afer your done oveclocking, setting settings?

Okay, I have one question, after you are done overclocking your CPU, I now I can now tighten up my RAM timings and stuff, but I have a question for like the PCI and PCI-E settings I am instructed to set before I start overclocking. I have PCI-E set to 100mhz and PCI to 33.3mhz, should I leave them at that or change them?
