I have a BFG 8800GTS card at the moment but was wondering weather it would be better to run 2 8600GTS cards in SLI mode instead? I have thought of 2 x 8800GTS cards but to be honest I just cant afford it, I can get 2 8600GTS's for the price of 1 8800GTS if you get my drift
If you already had the 8800gts keep it,2x8600gts= 1 8800gts only when SLI is working well, which is nto all the time. The rest of the time the 8800gts would crush the 8600gts'
Only time I would recommend the 2 8600gts's is if you already had one 8600gts, a SLI motherboard/power supply, and were getting a really good deal on second 8600gts...
