I just built this computer last night, this is my first time overclocking.
This doesn't look right to me. This is exactly what i did.

Set c1e - disable
max cpuid - disable
9x multiplyer / 333x bus speed
PCI express freq - 100 mhz
and all the voltage settings are on AUTO at the moment

and the only settings i could find for ram were
dram freq - 667
4-4-4-12

thats what i did and i looked at CPU-Z and saw this

What did i do wrong?

SPECS:
(4x1 gb) a-data extreme / 4-4-4-12
q6600 G0
gigabyte p-35 DS3L

here is the memory tab for cpu-id

On the DS3L BIOS screen hit Ctrl + F1

After that when you access M.I.T there will be timings for the RAM unlocked

What are you asking that is wrong???
333x2 (DDR2) = 667

Yea I changed the memory timings manually to 4-4-4-12 and dram freq to 667

but on CPU-Z it says the ram is at 400 mhz

and on one stick it says the timings are 5-5-5-18

or it could be that im reading it completely wrong ( sorry im new to this )

im probably wrong, so does it looks right to you?

The number in the parentheses is the MAX speed they can run, they are PC2-6400 (800)...if you can give me a link to the ones you have

Look under MEMORY to see the settings you have on

The SPD on the RAM just holds multiple "performance" options you can use. You might buy RAM rated at 1.8v 4-4-4-12 DDR2-800 but it can also run 3-3-3-9 DDR2-667 and it will tell you that in the SPD. With EPP (Enhanced Performance Profiles) it will also list some overclocking options the RAM will run at.
