I just put an 8800GTS 320mb in my rig today, and I uninstalled the old Nvidia driver, and I tried using a Driver cleaner, but I don't know if it worked. I installed 163.71, and in Crysis I get 25fps on Medium at 1024x768, no AA.

Could the old driver not have been cleaned off properly? I get 70fps on BioShock at 1024x768 with DX10. O_o

Or is it just the fact that its a Beta?

It's the partly the Beta and it's vista and dx10 is what's slowing you down

One thing you are people forgetting is that even though the Beta works on Vista, crytek stated that the beta was NOT meant to be used on Vista, but on XP machines instead. Those are the recommended system requirements, since they most likely have to sort out a few kinks on vista.

Hopefully by release time, or even Single Player Demo it'll work much better in Vista?

I could dual boot, but with Crysis only a month away, there isn't much point. :P
