rackmount case ... recommendation needed

I want to have a rackmount case, which will contain 4 IDE hard drive, lots of holes in it with a large rectangular cutout. I could not find it on the market so i know i have to make it or let someone make. I have also used their 3D CAD template system. It is good as i got the 2U rackmount case template in sldasm format.

Have anyone used their custom service.
