Help with Overclocking!!!

Ok People,
I need a bit of help. I can't overclock my system. I can't even move it 1%. The motherboard in the bios or AI software doesn't let me do anything/change. It makes me revert to standard settings.
Asus P5K bios 0704
Pentium D 805 Smithfield rev BO
2048 Corsair memory
120gb HDD

I have found out why I can't OC. This board doesn't support the 805 D
