My PC is set up with XP on 1 drive and Vista64 on a raid0
after going from 2x1gig to 2x2gigs I initialy got beeping, so I did a CMOS reset and made some bios adjustments, then did some work in XP.
after a while I tried tweeking the memory specs and ran memtest from the boot screen.
It looks like it passsed, but when it did the reboot, it said there was a boot file missing from Vista and to insert the Vista disk and do a repair.
when I try to access the "D" drive from XP it says it isn't formated, so I'm thinking raid failure.
I wiggled all the drive plugs, everything looks good. I've never had to mess with raid setting after a CMOS clear before. but then again I also had to reset the bios clock and date this time too.
what do you think? anything to try?
