Which set of RAM?

Hi

I have the following motherboard, Abit IP35

I am deciding between the following 2 sets of RAM to install:
(http://www.microdirect.co.uk/(16746)OCZ-2GB-Kit-2x1024-Platinum-Series-DDR2-PC6400.aspx)
OR
(http://www.microdirect.co.uk/(15884)Corsair-2048MB-TwinX-XMS2-6400-DDR2-Memory.aspx)

What i would like to know...
1. Will both of these work with this motherboard?
2. Which will give the best performance with no overclocking?
3. Is there much difference between the 2 sets of RAM?

2_OCZ one because it has better timings
