Hello guys and girls.

I was just wondering if there is any difference between these 2 PSUs? (either then the color)

1) Silencer 750 Quad (Copper) "SLI certified"
http://www.pcpower.com/products/vi [...] view=about

2) Silencer 750 Quad "Crossfire Edition"
http://www.pcpower.com/products/vi [...] view=about

I have the top "SLI Cert" one. But will be using it with 2 2900xt's in crossfire. Does the "Crossfire" one come with something extra? (cables etc.) or vice versa? Or is it just a marketing gimmick?

Thank you for any light shed on this!

Not sure this is the same mplichfamily.

Other than that, the psu's are currently the same, as said before. Oh yes, the SLI one is sold out, while the Crossfire one is in stock, but since you already have the SLI version, it won't affect you. From what I remember, some of the earlier models didn't have the 8-pin lines as well, so make sure yours has the 8-pin lines.

hmm, that was a problem with you, you never filled anything except people head's witrh rubbish. always it was psu this and psu that but it was hardly ever a psu related problem, if you could see beyond psu's it would be fine but you never can.

christ, i still remember when you told someone it was the psu that was causing there idle x1900 speeds to be what they were. nothing to do with it was designed to be like that.

Yes this is the original mpilchfamily.

Well, I'm glad to see you here. I wonder between different forum sites as the mood strikes me, always looking for new information, so sometimes I'm here, sometimes elsewhere.
