Hi My DVDRW plays only audio. On inserting a DVD I get an error "RUNDLL 32 has stopped responding. Closing program" On inserting a program CD it just does not read at all.

Windows search shows I already have the best driver installed.

Can you please e-mail me a ling to download and install the latest driver?

Make sure you have all the Windows Updates done. What is your default movie play-back software? You may want to update that as well or try VLC Media Player, that works well.

If you get errors after the system is updated and even with a different player, you will probably want to try a new drive.
