Cold boot Help Sisoft System Hang Q6600

Alright i have my Q6600 stable at 3.6 ghz, prime 95 has confirmed this after running it for 8 hours. However when i cold boot my machine it will hang sometimes and say overclocking failed.. if my oc is stable why does this happen? Also when i run the CPU processor arithmetic benchmark in SiSoft sandra my system hangs until the test is over. It runs succesfully though, is this normal?

I think your CPU needs a little more Voltage

Try giving a bit more Vcore to your CPU should fit your problems.
