looks pretty good, what are you going to be using the machine for, whats your buget? are you going to over clock?

If it's for gaming then you miserably failed, the 8600GT is a horrible card and you could be saving $30 and getting a superior board if you dropped the P5K for a GA-P35-DS3R. I suggest you get at least a 8800GTS 320 to make some justice to that Q6600, and if you can't afford it, then drop the Q6600 for a E6750.
