Hello,

Can I safely put my Transcend PC2-6400 aXeRam 2GB Kit (Micron D9GMH) to 2.0V ? If yes, then how high voltage can I safely put? I am just worrying about crashing my ram...

Thanks.

I've had mine up to 2.4v

I just wouldn't run it past 2.1v 24/7.

Ya it can take a voltage bump. I was having trouble OCing my CPU and someone here recommened bumping my ram to 2.0v from the stock 1.8v and that did the trick. I am using the same memory as you, its good stuff. At 2.0v the ram heatsinks barly even feel warm to the touch but they do catch a slight breeze from an intake fan.
