What power for OC

I have a Q6600, 8800GTS 512MB G92, some seagate 500gb sata2, thermalright ultra 120 extreme, motherboad and some coolers. And I'm thinking to buy a Corsair VX550W, would be power enough for OC too?

Personally i would aim for a decent 600w or above jsut to be safe in the future. The psu is the most important part in your PC and theres no point skimping out on one. have a look at this list:

I agree, the psu is very important... however I personally think that psu is enough for that build, but why limit your upgradability? If you buy a psu with 700+ watts now, you will have options later, and will most likely spend less money on your next build, as you will be able to use the psu in the future, or simply have enough power for upgrades, add a video card(Sli), or extra hard drives, fans, optical drives etc.
