The front audio cables from my case comes with...

Mic VCC
Mic Data
Ear R x2
Ear L x2
Gnd

and on my MSI P6N SLI Platinum Motherboard comes with

1 MIC_L Microphone - Left channel
2 GND Ground
3 MIC_R Microphone - Right channel
4 PRESENCE# Active low signal-signals BIOS that a High Definition Audio dongle is connected to the analog header. PRESENCE# = 0 when a
High Definition Audio dongle is connected
5 LINE out_R Analog Port - Right channel
6 MIC_JD Jack detection return from front panel microphone JACK1
7 Front_JD Jack detection sense line from the High Definition Audio CODEC
jack detection resistor network
8 NC No control
9 LINE out_L Analog Port - Left channel
10 LINEout_JD

I've tried every combination I could think of, doesn't mean it was the right one. Can anyone help with the correct setup? I know the jacks work as they worked on my last setup on my Asus P5WD2 premium. Thanks in advanced!

Suggest you check the online manual for that board. It will be easier to ready and sometimes mistakes are corrected. The problem is that sometimes the case wires are labeled differently than the mobo connectors.
