Hi,
I replaced the dead Antec PS in my Antec Sonata case with a Seasonic S12-450 which is pretty quite. However , after hooking it all up I've now noticed that the fan at the back of the Antec case is running constantly now that I have the new power supply. I think because the Antec PS had connections for "fan only" it would only run it as needed and thus kept it quite. Now I don't know what I can do to make it quite. I use this PC as a PVR and thus it MUST be silent. Any suggestions would be great.

Thanks In Advance

You can get a 3 to 4 pin adapter and run the fan into your motherboard. it can be controlled via software.

What is the pin adapter called and where would I get such a thing ? Would this plug into my SYS_FAN connection on the motherboard ?
