I have lost product key for 2005 XP media center.

I purchased this product four or five years ago. It was an upgrade from ME I think? I had the two cd's with computer but not product key. I downloaded the first cd into my computer not thinking about key. I am at the point where I need the key to download the other cd. Computer is just sitting there waiting for a key. Any idea what I can do? Window's, HP and Dell have been of no help. if you want to write me direct? Try not to rub my nose in it to badly. I was just trying to help Mother.
