More Information

After new drivers failed to help my UT3 playback performance I upped my OC on the E4300 to 3 gigahertz, or 333x9 fsb to multiplier. My memory is still underclocked (its DDR2 800 running at 667) and the motherboard is a P965 from Intel. the processor of course was supposed to run at 200 FSB but OCing it to 333 isnt to tough.

Its the motherboard Im worried about. The 965 wasn't meant to run at FSB 1333 was it? What are the risks involved, and how long until the board pops, if at all? Also, I'm running the processor at a 1.335 overvoltage to accomodate the FSB increase: electro mitigation risk, or am I good with that mild voltage?

3Ghz is a mild OC as far as C2D goes. There should be no problems for at least 3 years. Your mobo is fine too.
