Windows 7 and vista:
open start menu, type "cmd", press enter
then type "ipconfig /all" cut and paste results

Windows XP
go to start menu > run > "cmd"
then type "ipconfig /all" cut and paste results

Or if you cant cut and paste, press alt+print screen, go into paint, press ctrl+v and you will get a screenshot. Post it here.
