Group Policy Deploy MSI on account w/o Admin Priv

I'm trying to deploy Flash player on computers through Active Directory Group Policy. Adobe recommends that you do it through the User Config-Software Installation, which I'm doing but it doesnt install. When I check Event Viewer on the test users account it comes back as no admin priviliges. The users I'll be deploying it to wont have admin rights, so how do I do it? I've tried installing it on the Computer Config-Software installation, and it pops up on start up as if it's installing but then it doesn't work. Anybody got any ideas???

have you loged in as admin in client machine to continue installation after deploying software packages
