New build, what do you think?

Over the next few days i'm going to be building my own pc. I will use it for gaming mostly, some photo editing, and all the usual stuff like browsing the internet etc. I would like to OC, definately the processor and maybe the RAM and graphics card. My budget is about £600 - £700, but that can change.
Just wondering what you think..

CPU - Intel E2160

Graphics - GeForce 8800GTS 320MB

There is also a more expensive version of this graphics card

( )

but i don't think i need the extra performance as this graphics card is outperforming my other parts as it is.

Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R

RAM - Cruicial Ballistix 2 x 1GB DDR2 800

HDD - 400GB Samsung

PSU - Corsair HX 620W

Case - Antec 900

Antec 180 V2

I assume the fact that the graphics card is better than the rest of the system will not bring the overall performance down but instead it just wont perform to its full potential. Obviously correct me if im wrong.

The only thing i'm not sure about is the case. I am after one with good cooling because id prefer not to get a seperate cooling unit. I would like to OC my processor to 3.2 ghz roughly. Do you think a seperate cooling unit is neccessary?

More about build think
  1. get P35 DS3R , why ? because P35C DS3R doesnt OC as good as P35 DS3R , also P35C DS3R DDR3 option is limited to 4GB , but DDR2 option is limited to 8GB , so i dont think DDR3 will become useful , others look fine, also get a CPU COOLER if u can like THERMALRIGHT 120 , or THERMALTAKE BIGTYPHOON , TUNIQ TOWER, OCZ VINDICATOR
  2. I would recommend a thermaright ultra 120, if you really want to overclock the CPU. (

Also for the HDD, you may aswell get the 500GB version as it is just a few pounds more for an extra 100GB of space.
