Cannot Install Win Xp pro

I want to dual boot between win7 and XP.

My mother board is Asus P755P-d 1156, I have a Sata HD with Win7 Pro 64 installed and I have a Ide Hd.

When I want to install XP on the SATA HD, it reads from the CD and after 1 minute of reading, it gives me a blue screen saying it has a problem and so on and computer freezes.

I tried it to write on the Ide HD and same problem. Also disconected the SATA HD and no luck.

I tried to install Windows 2000, and same problem.

Can someone help me, Cause I tried to install XP before win7 and same problem. tia

how many memory stick you hooked with you motherboard,,

try installation with only one ram stick..

I have 4 slots of memory on the MOBO, I have 2 stick of 2G memory total of 4G.

Win7 works perfectly with 4 G. of memory, and that XP will not work with 4G. I'll try, but it does not make sense that when I want to dual boot with XP I have to remove a memory stick. tia
