CPUz Erroneous Data

Why does CPUz report my clock multiplier and core voltage erroneously? See screen shot below. Core Temp reports it correct. I have a Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L motherboard and Intel Dual Core 2160 Processor overclocked to 3ghz (9 X 333mhz). I used to think CPUz was the most dependable utility to see system specs, but now I am wondering.

SpeedStep. It lowers your clock multiplier and core voltage during idle state. Once your CPU leaves idle, your clock multiplier will jump back to normal, and you will run at proper speed.
