Assuming you are running 32-bit Windows, just get 2x1GB DDR2-667 or DDR2-800 RAM. The system won't be able to see more than about 3GB of RAM; if you really want to max it out, get 2x1GB + 2x512MB for a total of 3GB of RAM running in dual-channel mode.

If you really want 4 gigs, newegg has g.skill (2) 2 gig sticks for $160 in pc6400. (2) 2 gig sticks will run more stable than (4) 1 gig sticks.
