Will the BTF90 fit?

Im looking to put together a new system and don't want to stick with the stock P4 cooler.
I am looking at two mobos:
Gigabyte X38-DQ6
Asus Maximus Formula

And I am looking at the Zerotherm BTF90 as the cooler, but i am not sure if it will fit.

Does anyone know if the cooler will fit on either of these boards?

Check out Zerotherm's website. Look for compatibility options. Worst case scenario, google it and read up.

However, this time, I will answer and save you the time. Yes, it does fit socket 775 processors, and should work with both of those motherboards you mentioned.

Thanks for the reply Groveling_Wyrm, but I know it fits 775 mobos, Im wondering if it will physically fit on the board? With the chipset copper tubing and the heatspreaders on both boards, I wanted to know if the BTF90 would actually fit in place with all of that there.

Does anyone know if it can?
