Good and cheap mic

So I'm looking for a microphone with decent but not overkill on noise canceling, and obviously has decent sound quality and for $20 or less. Also no headset suggestions please I already have awesome Sennheiser cans.

Zalman clip on mic from Newegg. It's like $6.00 and I've never had an issue...just don't get it wet.
