windows memory diagnostics tool in vista

Im having a small problem with vista ultimate and is when i go to administrative tools and click on the windows memory diagnostics tool and it starts doing the test after it finishes and it takes me back to the desktop, the little screen that shows you the results dont appear..Any ideas why the results dont appear because it used to show me the results before ?
