More Information

I am building a new system, here are the quick specs:

Intel Q6600
Intel DG965WHMKR
4GB RAM
500W PSU
Window Vista Ultimate

It's going to be mostly for application development and some video editing, no gaming (well, solitaire maybe)

I'll need to be able to run a dual monitor setup, 2 24" LCD's at 1920 x 1200 resolutions. The monitors have both VGA and DVI ports.

I am looking for a budget graphic card with good performance for my applications (which are not that demanding!), will run both monitors at full resolution in digital mode, with enough on board memory to not use any system memory.

It would be great if the card also supported the latest wizbang Vista Aero interface (not sure what the requirements are on the card tho).

I've been looking at the NVidia Quadro NVS 285 (which can be had for cheap these days), but I was wondering if there is something better out there.

Thanks.
